WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY GOODS OR SERVICES BOOKED OR PAID ONLINE OR INSTORE

***If you are requesting a return for exchange this must be complete within 24 hours of purchase & or receipt of items***

We cannot guarantee a return/exchange request will be authorized.

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your product or service booking or purchase from Spellbound (Gloucester) Ltd & Raven prior to payment.

 

Therefore, we shall use our discretion, case by case for returns to determine if an exchange for e-voucher shall be granted.

This must be communicated via email with the director of (Spellbound Gloucester) Ltd or Raven

Must include; Reason for exchange request, issues, images if applicable etc. 

 

It is down to the consumer to be satisfied with the purchase or booking prior to confirming an order in store or online via our website.

The customer is liable for return costs if they have been accepted for exchange.

*Under no circumstance will we accept returns for exchange for the following items;

-Spells

-Jewellry

-Oils (Including Spell Oils) which have been opened/used.

-Handmade items which have been opened/used including washes; sprays crafts etc

-Herbs

-Sale items

*If you have submitted the incorrect address for shipping then the purchaser is liable for return shipping costs.
